The Community Involvement Certificate
The Community Involvement Certificate is a record of a community involvement activity which a student has undertaken.
This downloadable version of the certificate is available for use by Schools who have engaged Trident from Edexcel to support their student placements.
It is recommended that the certificate is only issued where the student has:
- contributed a minimum of 15 hours of their own time for the benefit of others in their local, national or international community
- received no payment for the activity
- planned the activity
- recorded the activity
- produced a personal action plan
- reviewed their progress and assessed the outcomes for them personally
- developed a portfolio of evidence which details the skills, competencies and personal qualities that have been learned or improved as a consequence of their involvement in the activity
