| GAP pilots work experience programme with Trident
We are pleased to announce that we are working with leading international retailer, GAP, to pilot their new and exciting work experience programme. Commencing in July and September 2009, GAP have selected 18 lucky Trident students to work at 10 GAP stores in England and Scotland.
Giving students a chance
During the two week placements, the students will gain valuable on-the-job training on how to be a retail assistant, from developing the right skills to deliver excellent customer service, right though to understanding and participating in the daily floor and back-end operations.
Future plans
GAP will consider expanding this programme if this pilot is successful. This will provide an excellent opportunity for more students to gain work experience in the retail industry. Stay tuned for more developments!
